Scholarship Schemes at IPS College, Chhindwara

IPS College is committed to ensuring that financial challenges do not hinder academic progress. The following government-funded scholarship schemes are available for eligible students:

1. Post Matric Scholarship (for SC/ST/OBC Students)

Provider: Government of Madhya Pradesh
Eligibility:

• Belonging to SC, ST, or OBC categories

• Enrolled in post-matric (college-level) education

• Family income within prescribed limits
  Benefits: Tuition fees, exam fees, maintenance allowance

2. Minority Scholarship

Provider: Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India
Eligibility:

• Belonging to Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, or Parsi community

• Minimum 50% in previous exam

• Annual family income up to ₹2.5 lakh
  Benefits: Tuition support, maintenance allowance

3. Aawas Bhatta Sahayata Yojana

Provider: Government of Madhya Pradesh
Eligibility:

• SC/ST students

• Living away from home in rented accommodation for college
  Benefits: Monthly rent assistance

4. Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Scholarship Scheme (SPMSS)

Provider: Government of Madhya Pradesh
Eligibility:

• General/OBC/Minority students

• 80% or above in Class 12

• Annual family income up to ₹3 lakh
  Benefits: One-time financial assistance

5. Vikramaditya Scholarship Scheme

Provider: Government of Madhya Pradesh
Eligibility:

• General category students

• Annual family income below ₹54,000
  Benefits: Financial assistance for undergraduate education

6. Pratibha Kiran Yojana

Provider: Government of Madhya Pradesh
Eligibility:

• Urban BPL girl students

• 60% or more in Class 12

• Enrolled in graduation course
  Benefits: Scholarship for higher education

7. Gaon Ki Beti Yojana

Provider: Government of Madhya Pradesh
Eligibility:

• Girl students from rural areas

• Passed Class 12 from a rural school

• Enrolled in a college for graduation
  Benefits: Monthly scholarship for pursuing higher education

8. IPS College Scholarship (Institutional Level)

Provider: IPS College Committee
Eligibility:

• Students from economically weaker backgrounds (any category)

• Academic toppers in each stream/year
  Benefits:

• Partial tuition fee waiver

• Certificates of academic excellence

• Priority access to academic resources and mentorship
  Selection Process: Based on academic performance, faculty recommendations, and financial background review by the scholarship committee.
