Laboratory

The college has separate laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Microbiology, Mathematics, Biotechnology, Zoology, Botany, Computer Science and Information Technology. All the laboratories are adequately equipped as per the University norms.
The Department of Physics has 2 main laboratories, 1 dark room and a laboratory.
The Chemistry department has two laboratories for undergraduate students.
The Department of Microbiology has one main undergraduate laboratory, two post-graduate laboratories, a research laboratory, and an Instrumentation room.
The Bio-technology department has an undergraduate laboratory and a Tissue Culture laboratory. The Department has one main undergraduate laboratory, two post-graduate laboratories, a research laboratory, and an Instrumentation room.
The Computer and Information Technology department has two computer laboratories.
All the computers in these laboratories are equipped with the latest hardware and software systems which are updated regularly to cater to the current demand.
State-of-the-art laboratories are the back bone of any college for practical exposure brings real value to the degree. IPS College has all the laboratories with the latest equipment. Apart from computer centres, each department has its own discipline based laboratories for study and research.
Apart from labs prescribed for study, there are special laboratories which train students in the latest technologies.
